About this conversation
At the NuoViso summer festival, Lars Mährholz discusses several stages of his life. He describes commercial training, his involvement with a Berlin club and his start in skydiving in 2004. He recalls freefall as an experience of freedom, calm and concentration. The conversation also covers climbing courses and practical work at height. Mährholz then reflects on the peace vigils and explains the OPD, an organisation he founded to combine members’ votes with representation of their interests. Later, he discusses relationships, learning and changes in how he approaches conflict. He names communication, hypnosis and other areas of further study. He uses the term “reality designer” to describe his wish to help people examine and shape their thinking and actions.
