Some routes are planned. Others unfold.

My travel history has many specific places: dolphins at Kaikōura, a geyser in Iceland, Pompeii’s amphitheatre and four Disneyland days with my daughter. Explore the memories and photographs here.

Individual places become stories.

The public albums and posts connect destinations with experiences. “New Zealand” becomes snorkelling with dolphins, a cave excursion and travelling by camper. “France” becomes the trip with my daughter to Paris and Disneyland.

With a backpack.

England and India are part of my backpacking experience. I am interested in how different daily life can be elsewhere. Travelling with little luggage also changes the question of what is needed right now.

By camper.

I have also explored New Zealand and Europe by camper. A mobile place to stay connects the journey and the destination in its own way. You remain able to move while taking part of everyday life with you.

Caravan travel with the family.

Today, travel with Laura and the children is part of my life. In a caravan, time together and organising daily life come together. Being on the road becomes about more than the next destination: it is also about being together along the way.

Places that are part of the story.

My public travel profile also includes Cuba, the Bahamas, Barbados, Hawaii, the United States and Cairo. Sailing and diving connect other regions with sport. This page describes past experiences rather than a live location.

A question. An idea. A conversation.
