Another layer for a web page.
The Second Layer connects posts, images, comments and ratings with a web page. People can discuss that page together. Content on this additional layer is hosted on the IconCU platform.
Public and personal spaces.
The current platform offers public web chats and a community chat for guests as well. Creating Second Layer posts, ratings, friends and private or group chats requires a free account. The presence display refers to participating, visible IconCU users.
