The beginning: 2004.
In the interview about my path to Realitätsdesign, I describe how I started in 2004. Curiosity grew into intensive involvement in the sport. For a period I also worked professionally as a skydiver. That experience was already part of my life before the 2014 peace vigils.
Practice, attention and trust.
More than 2,000 jumps and around 100 hours in the wind tunnel represent a great deal of practice. I describe free fall as a state of deep calm and concentration. The sport also involves discussing procedures in advance, assessing skills honestly and training together.
An internal picture of the sequence.
In conversations about thoughts and responsibility, I use mentally rehearsing a team jump as an example. Discussing and imagining a sequence in advance helps focus attention on it. For me, that belongs to preparation and training.
Connecting the experience with other subjects.
Through DaBrain-Matrix I also connect personal development with experiences from sport. Anyone interested in a guided experience involving a skydive can find current details and conditions on the service website. Here I share the personal story behind that connection.
